In our experience, two different presentations of aPL-positive patients with DAH exist: (a) acute-with moderate to severe pulmonary hemorrhage (with varying degrees of respiratory failure) requiring hospitalization and (b) chronic-with mild hemoptysis, dyspnea, and/or positive imaging findings, usually seen as an outpatient.
