This paper focuses precisely on improving the process of reporting health data from the peripheral level to the hierarchy for rapid decision-making and anticipate as much as possible the medical response using multi-agent systems (MAS). Two main ways of research can be studied in this paper: the use of mobile phone as a relevant medium to rapidly transfer medical data and the multi-agent system that is powerful to simulate organizational skills to anticipate diseases spreading.
