In this study, we developed an improved diagnostic tool by combining a CRISPR/dCas9 and an isothermal diagnostic approach based on SMR biosensor for simultaneous nucleic acid (RNA and DNA) amplification and detection with speed as well as high sensitivity and specificity. For simultaneous amplification and detection of nucleic acid, sequence specific primer of target was immobilized to the surface of the SMR biosensor and dCas9 RNP was in reaction chamber with single temperature for isothermal reaction with RPA.
