Compared with the saline group, the expression level of CD11c + CD40 + of DCs surface molecules in the LP cells of the small intestine was significantly increased in the NC8-pSIP409-pgsA'-S-DCpep group (P < 0.01) and NC8-pSIP409-pgsA'-S-Ctrlpep group (P < 0.05) experimental groups (Fig. 2B) .
