The IKC partnership is guided by our community values, social identity, ownership and authority. Our Indigenous Knowledge Centres endeavour to deliver new technology, literacy and learning programs to empower our communities through shared learning experiences. We work with communities to preserve local knowledge and culture and heritage, to keep our culture strong for generations. Indigenous Knowledge Centre services TSIRC Indigenous Knowledge Centres provide FREE services to the community including: entry to a Centre a minimum of 24 hours per week of Centre services (including outreach services delivered outside a physical Centre) staff to help you use a Centre lending, reference and information services as required by your community internet access to library and information services access to the internet through public computers or devices, or via Wi-Fi services if you use your own device services and programs that promote knowledge, culture, language, preservation of materials, emerging technologies and literacy to your community equitable access to Centre resources and programs, including customised programs for community members with special needs.
