While the previous study [30] tried to estimate an upper limit of how many domains can be successfully overlapped in at least one reading frame and position, here the average success rate for OLG construction is determined instead, which is more relevant in relation to both understanding constraints on the formation rate of naturally occuring OLGs and in assessing the likelihood of successful synthetic creation of OLGs.
