Results and Discussion We provide here the update on the development of modelbase, a free expandable Python package for constructing and analysing ordinary differential equation-based mathematical models of dynamic systems. Most recently, deterministic models simulating the dynamics of infectious diseases gained the interest of the general public during our combat of the Covid-19 pandemic, when a large number of ODE based mathematical models has been developed and discussed even in nonscientific journals (see for example [3] [4] [5] ). Implementation modelbase is a Python package to facilitate construction and analysis of ODE based mathematical models of biological systems. We are presenting here updates of our modelling software that has been developed to simplify the building process of mathematical models based on ODEs. modelbase is fully embedded in the Python programming language. ./cache/cord-103435-yufvt44t.txt ./txt/cord-103435-yufvt44t.txt
