When I looked up COVID-19 as a cause for guttate psoriasis, I realised this had not been previously reported, so I was keen to collaborate as a co-author to report this new association. 3 This is the first case reported of an acute guttate flare of chronic psoriasis secondary to confirmed COVID-19 infection.
