In a previous work , we proposed a methodology to obtain real-time estimations of the Effective Reproduction Number R t directly from raw data, which was satisfactorily applied to evaluate the panorama of the COVID-19 spread in different countries and to forecast its evolution (Medina-Ortiz et al., 2020a) . We present an analogous methodology to estimate the number of discharged/recovered individuals, based on the reported evolution of the viral infection, the performance of the different tests for its diagnosis, and the case fatality, which can be easily adapted for a particular country. ./cache/cord-308069-iydjrmhh.txt ./txt/cord-308069-iydjrmhh.txt
