The objectives of this paper are to describe the randomized controlled trial, report the results, and examine whether the in-person CCK program (the intervention group) increased knowledge, skills, and confidence in adopting a plant-based diet as well as made positive changes in dietary intake and quality of life compared to the delivery of the CCK program through printed materials (the control group).
