Quantitative RT-PCR showed that fgl2 mRNA-levels were significantly increased in CD4 + CD25 + Tregs derived from AE-WT mice, when compared to non-infected controls, while no significant changes were evident with respect to CD4 + Teffs, CD8 + T cells.
