Importantly, an increased and early generation of PRRSV specific neutralizing antibodies were detected in PRRS-MLV+ Mtb WCL compared to pigs inoculated with vaccine alone. An increased immunosuppressive cytokine response was associated with a significant increase in the frequency of T-regulatory cells (Tregs) in the lungs of pigs receiving PRRS-MLV compared to pigs inoculated with PRRS-MLV+ Mtb WCL (Fig. 1D) .
