Consistent with the results for the H protein, the homology of the deduced CDV-TM-CC amino acid sequence of the N protein to the Asia-1 strains (CYN07-hV, HLJ1-06, and Hebei) was high with 98.7-98.9 % identity, as shown in Fig. 4 .
