cord-301151-f6vya3qh	Zhu, Xiaojuan	Co-infection with respiratory pathogens among COVID-2019 cases	2020-05-11		.txt	text/plain	2599	180	61	In this study, the clinical features of COVID-19 patients were analyzed, then 39 respiratory pathogens in their throat swab were detected by specific real-time RT-PCR. 257 patients were diagnosed with the SARS-CoV-2 infection and their clinical severity was classified according to National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China revised criteria for diagnosis and treatment of novel coronavirus infection pneumonia (trial version fifth, revised version). Below 15 years of age, a total of 11 (4.3 %) were diagnosed with the SARS-CoV-2 infection and there were no case in severe/critical category. In our study, 94.2 % of COVID-19 patients could be co-infected with one or more other pathogens, including 9 viruses, 11 bacteria and 4 fungi.
