PRRSV, PCV2, swine influenza virus (SIV), porcine parvovirus virus (PPV), and porcine respiratory coronavirus (PRCV) in serum samples were detected using commercial polymerase chain reaction (PCR) kits (Vetbiochem, Russia) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Phylogenetic analysis of a partial ORF7 sequence of the PRRSV2 strain isolated in the course of this study revealed that this strain was very dissimilar (88% identity) to the only known PRRSV2 strain (JXA1-related, sublineage 8.7) detected in East Siberia, Russia, in 2007. Comparison of Molecular and Biological Characteristics of a Modified Live Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) Vaccine (Ingelvac PRRS MLV), the Parent Strain of the Vaccine (ATCC VR2332), ATCC VR2385, and Two Recent Field Isolates of PRRSV Genetic Analysis of ORF5 Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) Isolated in Vietnam ./cache/cord-295750-0gpyi4ii.txt ./txt/cord-295750-0gpyi4ii.txt
