Some professional organizations may define their ethical approach in terms of a number of discrete components.[5] Typically these include Honesty, Trustworthiness, Transparency, Accountability, Confidentiality, Objectivity, Respect, Obedience to the law, and Loyalty. On a theoretical level, there is debate as to whether an ethical code for a profession should be consistent with the requirements of morality governing the public.
