Conclusions This study demonstrated "that the" application of the medical screen for burns can relieve the pain of 1-3 years old children suffering from a burns during dressing changes. The study was designed to compare the effect of a specially designed medical dressing screen's intervention with usual 84 care or a touch-screen computer alone during wound dressing changes for children aged 1-3 years who suffering from 85 burns on their hands or feet.
