In this paper, an algorithm to build a covering of the network based on the principles of the Rough Clustering is proposed. In our proposal, we focus on describing the relationship between the elements of the network (vertices) only taking into consideration their belonging to the communities of the Pareto Set. Then, we use Rough Clustering to obtain a final covering of the network, that describes the communities with their lower and upper approximations. Hence, the selected final solution uses the knowledge of the overlapping communities (Pareto set) obtained by MOEAs.
