M a n u s c r i p t Massive SARS-CoV2 testing and contact tracing at a scale and speed never before seen have been proposed as critical components of a COVID-19 public health strategy that could, in theory, safely allow us to relax social distancing measures and begin to bring back the world we left behind before a cure or effective vaccine is delivered.
