However, the previous work used basic strategy of standard conformance checking techniques for dealing with multiple constraints deviations; namely, the total degree of data deviations of that activity is computed by summing up the costs for all the violated constraints. With respect to previous work, the approach brings two main contributions: a) it applies fuzzy aggregation operators to assess the level of deviation severity for a set of constraints, and b) it allows to customize the tolerance to deviations of multiple constraints.
