This paper therefore provides proven knowledge and valuable support for sustainable, hygienic, clean, safe water and good sanitary systems for the rural poor dwellers in the SSA to safeguard the people from unrestricted exposure to possible infection from the COVID-19 disease through water and sanitation systems, with the level of cases recorded as at 30th April shown in Table 1 .	./cache/cord-247879-jdkikd29.txt	./txt/cord-247879-jdkikd29.txt
