Specifically, the survey assessed: (1) Demographic and clinical characteristics, including age at onset, duration of illness, and disability measures (ADL/IADL) (8); (2) COVID-19 related questions, including history of recent travel in endemic areas, direct contacts with COVID-19 confirmed cases (COVID-19+), symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 infection started or worsened in the last 3 months (fever, cough/sore throat, asthenia, dyspnea, myalgia, and hyposmia/hypogeusia), and confirmatory testing for COVID-19 (nasal/pharyngeal swab test results); (3) information related to the impact of COVID-19 on disease burden, including subjective worsening of neurological symptoms, compliance with restrictions and specific effects of restriction measures on the perception of illness (need of urgent neurological care, discontinuation of pharmacological treatment or physiotherapy, difficulties in finding drugs).	./cache/cord-263308-q0iriid8.txt	./txt/cord-263308-q0iriid8.txt
