Therefore, in this network meta-analysis (NMA), we aim to compare the multiple treatment options that are currently being investigated for COVID-19 with the goal of synthesizing the scattered research results on the pharmacological treatment of COVID-19, determining which agents have demonstrated efficacy, and finally comparing agents against each other to determine which ones are most effective and safe for hospitalized COVID-19 patients based on data accrued so far. Strength of evidence (SoE) evaluates potential weaknesses that must be taken into account when interpreting the results including small sample size effect, unrealistically large or small odds ratios with extended 95% confidential intervals, high risk of bias of individuals studies composing individual outcomes, inconsistency between direct and indirect evidence, and several other reporting biases.	./cache/cord-264143-30h09e1k.txt	./txt/cord-264143-30h09e1k.txt
