The novel corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) was first identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 and was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020 1 . We present a novel case series of three kidney transplant (KT) recipients with COVID-19 who recovered after receiving COVID-19 convalescent plasma (CCP) therapy. Use of CP for treating Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome (MERS) 6 , syndrome of acute respiratory distress (SARS) 7 , and Influenza A (H1N1) 8 may have contributed to improved survival rates in infected patients.
