The novel corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) was first identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019 and was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020 1 . We present a novel case series of three kidney transplant (KT) recipients with COVID-19 who recovered after receiving COVID-19 convalescent plasma (CCP) therapy. Use of CP for treating Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome (MERS) 6 , syndrome of acute respiratory distress (SARS) 7 , and Influenza A (H1N1) 8 may have contributed to improved survival rates in infected patients. It is important to note that prednisone may also delay recovery due to inhibition of antiviral immune response from the host and clinical evidence does not currently support corticosteroids as adjunctive treatment in COVID-19 patients 13 .	./cache/cord-270742-kzo879gu.txt	./txt/cord-270742-kzo879gu.txt
