Samples used in this study were patients with confirmed COVID-19 who were undergoing treatment and receiving antiviral agent therapy. Patients receiving the combination Oseltamivir + Chloroquine therapy had an average survival rate of about 17% after about 23 days of treatment. Meanwhile, patients who received combination therapy Favipiravir + Oseltamivir + Chloroquine had an average survival rate of about 10% after undergoing treatment for about 39 days. Based on the Chi-Square test, it was found that there was a significant relationship between COVID-19 antiviral agent therapy and the clinical outcome of COVID-19 patients (p = 0.025).
