Since the first COVID-19 confirmed case was reported on March 3, 2020, in Kobe City, many patients with severe disease were admitted to the Kobe City Medical Center General Hospital (KCGH), a designated infectious disease facility and a major PSC. When they ceased to provide emergency services, the Kobe Stroke Network launched a series of online meetings among PSC directors to monitor the functioning of the stroke care system in the city, provide consistent messaging to the public, and to continually survey the number of stroke patients treated at each PSC (including treatment type) between March 1 and May 23, 2020.	./cache/cord-283221-y9m4n0de.txt	./txt/cord-283221-y9m4n0de.txt
