Under these conditions; it was aimed to report the co-infection rates, the prevalence, clinical, laboratory and radiological characteristics of non-SARS-CoV-2 respiratory pathogens in a teaching hospital organized as a pandemic hospital immediately at the beginning of the pandemic in Turkey. Radiological assessments for the more frequently identified Non-SARS-CoV-2 pathogens (both metapneumovirus and rhinovirus) were compatible with indeterminate or atypical for COVID-19 disease.
