As social distancing is considered to be the key preventive measure for infection control, mental health rehabilitation day boarding and day care centers, being a non-emergency service have limited new admissions, cancelled programs and have been temporarily closed at some places which in turn is going to significantly deprive people with chronic mental illnesses and intellectual disabilities of these services [7] .
