This study identifies the need to provide the free professional and psychological services to help cope with stress during the disease enforced lockdown. Hence, to answer these burning questions we designed this study to attempt to evaluate the depression, anxiety and stress of the general people living under the COVID enforced lockdown in various cities of the world and also to understand how they are utilizing their lockdown time to cope with such an unprecedented isolation and quarantine. This is the first study that has evaluated the mental health of respondents during COVID lockdown using DASS-42 across general population.
