However, we recognize that the ideal response we describe is likely not an option for LTCFs in the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic. 18 Given the significant vulnerability of LTCF residents and staff to the COVID-19 pandemic, here we recommend adopting eTCB, and adapting it to LTCFs.
