For example, appropriate as they are, social distancing mandates and increased testing for COVID-19 will not yield the expected outcomes if we do not make tangible efforts to address the clear patterns in racial disparities that have emerged. 8 COVID-19 has highlighted many of the social disparities that exist for communities of color. 9 It is time that we address the social issues that lead to the alarming rates of COVID-19 in our communities.	./cache/cord-302431-13hperkz.txt	./txt/cord-302431-13hperkz.txt
