In contrast to most of previous reports (18, 19) which suggested high prevalence of non-obstructive coronary artery disease among AMI COVID-19 patients and worse outcome, significant obstructive coronary angiography was highly prevalent in our cohort, moreover, in-hospital adverse events were very low with only 1 stroke and 2 deaths reported. Fourth, 35% of our AMI patients did not undergo coronary angiography because their treated physicians regarded them as low-risk cases and is the author/funder, who has granted medRxiv a license to display the preprint in perpetuity.
