In December 2019, a novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) caused by infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) arose unexpectedly in China. In pediatric patients with a severe or critical course of COVID-19, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) can occur; toxic shock is also observed. Here, we present a case of using a J o u r n a l P r e -p r o o f convalescent plasma transfusion as a therapeutic method for severe pediatric COVID-19associated aplastic anemia.
