In this paper, we describe our experience using a telerobotic ultrasound system -a robotic system which allows a sonographer to perform a diagnostic ultrasound exam remotely 9 -to perform obstetrical ultrasound exams during a COVID-19 outbreak declared in La Loche, a northern village with a population of 2372 people in Saskatchewan, Canada. Our experience provides a model for how telerobotic ultrasound may improve access to diagnostic ultrasound imaging, increase patient safety and reduce health inequities during the COVID-19 pandemic. ./cache/cord-316363-7eh9k442.txt ./txt/cord-316363-7eh9k442.txt
