This study was a single-centre, randomized clinical trial to evaluate the effectiveness of sofosbuvir/daclatasvir with ribavirin against controls who received standard of care for COVID-19 at the time of the study. This randomized trial found that the combination of sofosbuvir/ daclatasvir/ribavirin compared with standard care showed limited clinical improvement in moderate COVID-19 patients.
