This was a vital shift in policy as a means to slow the spread of the virus, keeping people at home, while also being able to provide appropriate services to patients, particularly mental health treatment (to review the full document, go to CMS.gov). It is likely this pandemic will impact this population in a unique way and our team is passionate about caring for our patients' mental health concerns at this time.
