Education first: it is difficult to organize continuing HCW education in an emergency setting, but it is necessary to implement courses on infection control and prevention (ICP) and on COVID-19 management. HCW need to be rapidly updated on necessary competencies required to manage highly infectious patients with respiratory failure. C.
