The aim of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of chest CT in patients with clinical suspicion of COVID-19 at a cancer center. We selected all patients who had chest CT due to suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection and RT-PCR test collected at the same day between February and March 2020 at a cancer center. In the second scenario, considering chest CT with typical or indeterminate findings as positive, the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy were respectively 92.0%, 62.1%, 47.9%, 95.3% and 70.3% ( Table 2 ). The results of the present study show that chest CT has a good performance for the diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection patients at a cancer center.
