Instead, governments have resorted to pronouncing directives and touting the implementing of a targeted and proactive so-called approach of 'Tracing,' 'Testing,' and 'Treatment' as its primary COVID-19 response -where 'Tracing' means aggressive contact tracing to identify infected and high-risk people in the communities; Testing means enhancing the testing capacity of the country; Treatment means isolating and treating persons who have tested positive.
