From March 11, 2020, (when WHO declared COVID-19 as a pandemic disease 2 ) to April 11, 2020, all patients older than 18 years admitted to our hospital (Level III trauma center university public hospital) with the clinical and radiological diagnosis of a traumatic fracture due to a low-energy mechanism were included. The first period, from March 11 to March 20, 2020, included all patients with a traumatic fracture who were tested for COVID-19 based on symptoms of respiratory disease and chest x-ray and/or epidemiological criteria on admission (history of travel to or residence in a location reporting community transmission of COVID-19 or having been in contact with a confirmed or probable COVID-19 case in the past 14 days before symptom onset).	./cache/cord-336268-azgswke8.txt	./txt/cord-336268-azgswke8.txt
