Ultrasound can be a very useful tool during the management of the COVID-19 pandemic because it provides real-time non-invasive bedside images of patients admitted to intensive care units (ICU). • It is superior to the simple x-ray for the detection of pneumothorax, pleural effusion, pneumonia, interstitial syndrome, and for the differential diagnosis of acute dyspnea • In the thoracic ultrasound, the clinical signs are the determinant factor regarding the interpretation of the data obtained.	./cache/cord-336782-0zkb39v1.txt	./txt/cord-336782-0zkb39v1.txt
