On 1 February 2020, another hospital in Shanghai reported one suspected COVID-19 case and six of their close contacts to the local district CDC; four of the close contacts tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 by realtime reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain-reaction (rRT-PCR), 1-2 days later (Cluster 2).
