Using a phone survey, we describe the COVID-19 testing capabilities of UCCs in states with the greatest disease burden. We identified ten states with the highest COVID-19 caseload as of March 19 according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Of 250 UCCs contacted, 57 (22.8%) offered COVID-19 testing.
