COVID-19 is confirmed to be caused by a novel coronavirus (2019 novel coronavirus, 2019-nCoV) and presents with symptoms similar to those of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) in 2003. However, neurological manifestations of the novel coronavirus are not precepted by all clinicians, thus, leading to inappropriate management of COVID-19 patients presenting with non-specific neurological symptoms initially. This article aims to review the cases, which reported neurological symptoms at presentation or during the course of the disease and discuss the potential mechanisms of Central Nervous System (CNS) involvement in COVID-19. The other study is a retrospective case series in Wuhan, China, which reported the neurological symptoms of COVID-19 patients [13] . ./cache/cord-340984-blkhfhe2.txt ./txt/cord-340984-blkhfhe2.txt
