The reported cases of patients diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 during BC treatment or within 14 days following treatment are 10%, 7% and 4% for chemotherapy, surgery and radiation therapy, respectively. This large international survey among breast cancer centres showed that the COVID-19 pandemic affected management of BC patients, including treatment modifications, longer waiting times and increased use of genomic profile analysis.
