All patients with laboratory confirmed severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2) admitted to the ICU due to acute hypoxemic respiratory failure between 22 March 2020 and 30 April 2020 and with available postmortem needle core biopsy of the lung were eligible for inclusion in this case series. Recently, a case definition for influenza associated pulmonary aspergillosis (IAPA) was proposed by an expert panel, which could be used to classify patients with CAPA. ./cache/cord-351735-x1lng449.txt ./txt/cord-351735-x1lng449.txt
