The survey instrument was based on HBM constructs of self-efficacy, perceived susceptibility and severity to COVID-19 benefits from and barriers to the preventive measures (17) , beside socio-demographic characteristics, health-related information and COVID-19 related-history. Besides, exploring the barriers and benefits of the preventive measures (hand hygiene and social distancing) recommended by health authorities in Sudan using HBM.
