When the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a global pandemic in March 2020 1 with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), primary care had to develop innovative ways to care for our patients with COVID concerns and respiratory illness. Here we describe the development of such a clinic in an effort to contain the illness, prevent spread in the community, and provide needed care for this patient population.
