Donors and acceptors contain a resistance marker, a short imperfect inverted repeat (LoxP), an expression cassette consisting of a baculoviral promoter (p10 or polh), a DNA segment for inserting heterologous genes, and an efficient signal for eukaryotic polyadenylation (Figure 1a ).
