Afterwards, wells were washed five times with water and 50 µL of 0.4% solution of SRB (sulforhodamine B, Sigma-Aldrich Chemie GmbH, Steinheim, Germany) in 1% acetic acid (POCh, Gliwice, Poland) was added to each well and plates were again incubated at RT for 30 min.
